Welcome to LunaTalk! These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful experience for all users. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

1. Respect and Safety

• No harassment: Do not target, intimidate, or harass others
• No hate speech: Content promoting hatred is prohibited
• No threats: Do not make threats of violence
• No doxxing: Do not share personal information without consent
• No impersonation: Do not impersonate real people

2. Content Standards

• No illegal content: Do not create or share illegal content
• No CSAM: Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited
• No extreme violence: Gratuitous violence is prohibited
• Respect IP: Do not use copyrighted content without authorization

3. Character Creation

• Characters must not promote harmful ideologies
• Do not create characters representing real people without disclaimers
• Characters should not be designed to manipulate users

4. Age Requirements

LunaTalk is for users aged 13+ (16+ in the EEA). Mature content must be properly labeled.

5. No Spam

• Do not spam or flood with repetitive content
• Do not use bots to artificially inflate engagement
• Do not engage in vote manipulation

6. Reporting

Report violations using the in-app reporting feature or email support@lunatalk.ai.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Warning notification
• Account suspension or termination
• Reporting to law enforcement
