1. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are processed through app stores:

Apple App Store

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Google Play Store

Visit your Google Play order history. Automatic refunds available within 48 hours.

2. How to Cancel

  • iOS: Settings β†’ [Your Name] β†’ Subscriptions β†’ LunaTalk β†’ Cancel
  • Android: Play Store β†’ Menu β†’ Subscriptions β†’ LunaTalk β†’ Cancel

Cancel before the billing cycle ends to avoid charges. No partial refunds for unused time.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchases may be refunded through the app store.

4. Direct Refunds

We may issue direct refunds for:

  • Technical issues preventing access to paid features
  • Unauthorized charges due to security breach
  • Duplicate charges caused by system errors
  • Service discontinuation
