End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and LUNAAI LABS LTD for the use of the LunaTalk mobile application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on devices you own for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer or decompile the Application
• Do not rent, lease, or sublicense the Application
• Do not use the Application for commercial purposes without authorization

3. Intellectual Property

The Application and all content are owned by LUNAAI LABS LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is for entertainment only. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges.

6. Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Application.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
