1. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are processed through app stores:
Apple App Store
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
Google Play Store
Visit your Google Play order history. Automatic refunds available within 48 hours.
2. How to Cancel
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → LunaTalk → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → LunaTalk → Cancel
Cancel before the billing cycle ends to avoid charges. No partial refunds for unused time.
3. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchases may be refunded through the app store.
4. Direct Refunds
We may issue direct refunds for:
- Technical issues preventing access to paid features
- Unauthorized charges due to security breach
- Duplicate charges caused by system errors
- Service discontinuation

5. Free Trial
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. No refunds for forgetting to cancel.
6. Account Termination
